Joshua Radoff, the co-founder and Principal of YR&G sustainability consultants, has a background in sustainable energy engineering and works at the intersection of the energy, climate, and green building fields. He is a regular speaker on sustainability issues and the LEED rating systems and has consulted on hundreds of sustainability projects for both public and private sector clients, nationally and internationally. Radoff brings a broad knowledge of waste reduction methods, water efficiency programs, green site and building exterior maintenance, recyclable products and renewable energy offsets.
Dr. Allison Aiello is an assistant professor of epidemiology at the University of Michigan. She has taught courses on social and life determinants of infectious diseases, antibacterial soap use and antimicrobial resistance, and the link between infections and chronic disease. Dr. Aiello believes hand hygiene is a key component of good hygiene practice in the home and community, and can produce significant benefits in terms of reducing the incidence of infection.
Donna Duberg, an expert in hygiene and an authority on disease prevention, is an assistant professor of clinical laboratory science at Saint Louis University. She has been lauded as a credible media source both nationally and in St. Louis, where she makes recurring appearances as the “St. Louis Germ Expert” on local FOX newscasts. Duberg believes that proper hand sanitation techniques combined with a consistent cleaning regimen can go a long way to halt the spread of germs and viruses, whether in the privacy of one’s home or in a public area.
Josh Renihan leads strategy development for targeted end-customer segments and delivers segment specific product and marketing solutions. His industry experience spans 15 years and includes a diverse background in sales and market management, quality, global strategic planning, business management and customer marketing.
Mike Kapalko promotes SCA’s environmental and hygiene initiatives and consults with customers to help them become more sustainable. He has more than 15 years of experience working in the away-from-home sanitary paper market and is a certified ServSafe food safety instructor. Mike is an active member of the GreenBiz Executive Network, U.S. Green Building Council, National Environmental Health Association, Association for Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE), and is on the steering committee for the Foodservice Packaging Institute’s (FPI) Paper Recovery Alliance. Mike has been featured as a contributor for various podcasts, online and print publications including Cleaning & Maintenance Management, Maintenance Sales News magazine, QSR magazine, and Operator’s Edge on topics such as greenwashing and green purchasing habits. He has appeared on the TV show, “Designing Spaces: Think Green,” Wisconsin Public Television and participated in an interview for Sky Radio airing on US Air and American Airlines, offering his expertise in hygiene and sustainability.
Sue Uner’s background is in Chemical Engineering and Pulp and Paper Technology. She has worked in research and product development for more than 10 years. Her experience has covered various hygiene product areas including diapers and incontinence products and she now brings a strong technical background into a product area which is highly technically specialized – wipers! Sue believes in having the right product for the right job with the best sustainability outcome.
Suzanne Cohen is the Foodservice Director at SCA AfH Professional Hygiene North America. With extensive experience in the Foodservice segment, Suzanne leads industry specific marketing solutions and strategy development. She has a strong history of managing high-performing business teams, partnering with strategic accounts, innovative sales promotions and a proven history of driving sales growth. Suzanne is passionate about developing actionable consumer insights that fuel growth and cost-saving green solutions.
Leo Tieman is the Sr. Product Manager at SCA AfH Professional Hygiene North America. He has been in Product and Marketing Management roles with SCA for 10+ years.
Steve Gucinski is a Packaging Engineer for SCA Americas. He has worked in the packaging industry for more than 17 years and specializes in industrial protective packaging, automated packaging systems and shelf-ready packaging. Steve graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Development.

Frank Pavlica is a Brand Campaign Manager at SCA AfH Professional Hygiene North America and has been with SCA for almost 10 years. He is responsible for the brand communication of SCA Foodservice products and services, leads all online and social media campaigns and manages SCA’s mobile app program.
Rebecca Stanonik is the Human Resources Manager for SCA’s Service Excellence Center (SEC) located in Neenah, Wisconsin. She has about 15 years of human resources experience in a variety of different industries. She has experience in performance management, conflict resolution, employee relations,on-boarding, benefits and recruiting.
Deborah Baldwin is the Marketing Manager for SCA AfH Professional Hygiene North America, and serves as Office Building segment expert and primary link between Product Management, Marketing and Regional Sales driving innovation and market insight. A member of BOMA International and key collaborator, Deborah’s background is in marketing and communications, having worked as a professional content provider and creative problem-solver for over a decade.
